Scott is a proud 53 year member of the Three Village Community having attended the Three Village School District and Stony Brook University. He is the broker owner of Shea & Sanders Real Estate and has been serving the real estate needs of the community for nearly four decades.
He is active in the Civic Association, currently their acting treasurer, and The Three Village Chamber of Commerce. He currently sits on the Board of the Setauket Neighborhood House.. He has previously sat on the Board of the Three Village Boys and Girls Club, Three Village Youth Lacrosse,the Three Village Little League, the Three Village Kiwanis Club, the Patriot Pride Golf Outing and was a member of the Stony Brook Rotary Club. Scott is dedicated to the youth of the community and continues to coach basketball, baseball, Wildcat Football and Travel Lacrosse... long after his son, Scott, has moved through the various programs.
Scott is a life long Patriot, residing in East Setauket with his wife Karen. His wife is the clinical coordinator for the department of cardiac surgery at Stony Brook Hospital and his son Scott is in his third year of law school at St. John's University.

Gail is a Licensed Associate Broker and has been a valued associate with Shea & Sanders since 1985, serving all of Long Island. Gail is a detailed oriented individual, and is determined to find her clients their dream home by listening to her clients needs and desires.
Gail has sold countless homes throughout the years and has assisted her clients in relocating to various parts of the country. Clearly, she knows what it takes to market your home to get you the most value as well as what to look for in your next home.
Gail has a paralegal degree and has recently retired after 20 years from New York State Courts as a Senior Court Clerk. She is married, has three grown daughters and three grandchildren. In her free time Gail enjoys traveling and boating with her husband and family. In addition for many years she has volunteered at her church for organizations and is a member of the choir and also a cantor.
