Joyce started as a Real Estate Professional in 1987. She has over 25 years as a Salesperson and Real Estate Broker. Born and raised on Long Island, she has a full knowledge of the housing market in not only the immediate communities but in the surrounding communities as well. Joyce has over 25 years in Title Insurance and Mortgage lending working in virtually all areas of the industry. She owned a successful independent Real Estate office for ten years. As homeownership and selling homes becomes more challenging through tough economic times, Joyce has the expertise to help her clients and customers navigate whatever hurdles come along. Joyce and her husband are raising their children in the Port Jefferson and Three Village Communities.  She has served on The Setauket Neighborhood House Board, The Setauket Parents Playschool Board, The Multiple Listing Board, Long Island Board of Realtors Professional Standards and Grievance Committees and much more. She is also a Notary Public.  Customer and Client satisfaction is her number one priority.
