Anne Fitzgerald-Castro

Anne is a life-long Three Village Resident and a graduate of Ward Melville High School class of ’84.  She is proud to be raising her own family in the Three Village area. She brings to Shea & Sanders 20 + years experience in real estate financing and her extensive knowledge of the Three Village and surrounding communities to facilitate all aspects of the real estate transaction.  She finds the greatest satisfaction in assisting first time buyers navigate the world of home ownership.

 A founding member of the Fitz Foundation, a family run non-profit organization dedicated to the memory of her father, John P. Fitzgerald, a Three Village elementary school teacher for over 30 years.  The Fitz Foundation has donated over $35,000 the past 6 years;  funding two annual scholarship awards to graduating seniors from Ward Melville H.S., as well as donating to Three Village Boys and Girls Club, The Child Life Services Program  at Stony Brook , and direct donations to children and families in need in the Three Village community.  She is also a founding member of the LIB2B Networking organization.  A local networking group that prides itself on building business relationships that last a life time.
